Role:

As a Medior Data Engineer you could be working on a Data Hub solution, creating a Recommendation Engine, coaching new junior employees, creating Smart Factories, and much more! Some of the applications used for building these solutions are Python, Scala, and Java, using technologies like Azure, TensorFlow, and Spark. It can be the case that you will work on several projects simultaneously. This depends on the size of the project. You will be working in a team of likeminded talented people.

You offer:

• BSc degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science;
• At least two years of relevant work experience (as a Data Engineer);
• You must live in the Netherlands;
• Experience with working in an Agile/Scrum way;
• Experience with Scala, Java or Python;
• Experience with AWS or Azure;
• Experience with technologies like Docker, Kafka, Elastic, Spark, Kubernetes, and Hadoop;
• Speaking Dutch fluently is considered a plus.
