For a relation in Leiden I am looking for a Data Scientist. You will work with various types of data to improve the pharmaceutical industry. With the use of Artificial Intelligence the patients will get the best insights about their medical condition and how to improve their health called ‘personalised medicine’. The company creates ‘products’ to create these insights, which are all very different from each other, using different techniques within the Machine Learning domain.

The organisation is growing fast and has ambitious plans fort he future! The company now has around 25 highly skilled employees, most of them are working as Data Scientist or Engineer. The team is unique and contains a dynamic group of people. There are different backgrounds, covering various nationalities.

Function

In this role you both design and build Machine Learning solutions using Arteficial Intelligence. You will work in a senior team of Machine Learning applicants. You will use NLP techniques to both extract and validate the data. Moreover you will define and build systems to model unstructured data sets, which can be solved by Machine Learning.

• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
