Organization

This research organization focuses on media and marketing for various international clients. For example Renault, LÓréal, Independer, but also Unicef and McDonalds. They are providing them with data-driven marketing results and present solutions.

Their office is located in the Amsterdam region, it has existed for ten years and currently employs 21 people. It is actually part of a larger international organization. As a result you have 30.000 colleagues spread worldwide (New York, Australia but also in the rest of Europe).

This year is about growth for the organization, therefore they are looking for a Data Engineer to join!

Team

You will be working on the Technology department. A big part of the team is working in a tech-position and is using data on a daily basis. You will be working in a multidisciplinairy team with another (Cloud) Data Engineer, a Google Platform specialist and a Google Tag Manager specialist. They will be expanding this team more in the upcoming year.

Role

As Data Engineer you will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring and building data-driven marketing solutions to make sure more clients will onboard! This organization is a Google Marketing Platform salespartner, this means you will work within this platform a lot. You will provide Cloud solutions or marketing solutions (Ads Data Hub) or integration with the mother-organization. The team is responsible for the data infrastructure running on EC2 with Airflow and Postgres, using AWS and GCP.

You will make sure all the data processes will run more automatically so dashboards for specific clients can be made quickly. Most importantly are your experience with Google Cloud Platform and Python programming skills.

They are offering:

• Salary range between €2.500 and €4.500 per month, based on 37.5 hours;
• First contract is 7 months;
• Fulltime work-week is 37.5 hours;
