Your role

As a data engineer, you are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end data pipelines. You play a crucial role in identifying and using suitable data storage solutions. In addition, you help label, clean, standardize, create, and maintain datasets within the company.

Requirements

• Technical background and a passion for data
• Curiosity to investigate inconsistencies in data and can pinpoint important issues
• Linux scripting, Python, Java, R, or Scala.
• SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, MongoDB, Kafka
• AWS and/or Azure (S3, Athena, Lambda, SQS, SNS, Glue, DynamoDB)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps (Git, GitLab, Docker, Terraform), Computer Vision
• The basic concepts behind machine learning
• Data security and privacy management
• Experience with data visualization and tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
• Experience with data warehousing, data modeling
